Open AI by Elon Musk

Open AI is a non-profit organization founded by Elon Musk that is looking at that kind of AI that will be safe and beneficial for humanity. It was created in December 2015 and it's goals include advanced digital intelligence, in such a way that whole humanity get benefited by it irrespective of any need to generate financial return and prevent humanity to be harmed by AI. This organization is partnered with Microsoft AI research division recently. As AI is the intelligence that is equivalent to the smartest person living on this planet. So, Elon Musk has shown his concerns regarding AI and it's future. According to Elon Musk, AI is more dangerous than North Korea. Already Bot from Dota2 has successfully defeated world's best players in professional game competition. That's why a letter containing 23 guidelines for the development of AI, in beneficial way for humanity, has been signed by Elon Musk and other researchers.

What we need to fear are the other researchers that aren't a part of the 23 that will push AI too far too soon. Nuclear weapons will be antiques of the past and we will all be speaking the same language, paying loyalty to a dictator.

AI need to be monitored and some regulations should be imposed in it's use. We don't need a war because of AI or for AI as Putin indicated. It should be at least made sure that none other of these 23 is using AI for some other selfish purpose.
