Human body is composed of energy

How we can say that Human body is made up of energy? Let's have a look at the source of this energy. The sunlight is the source of the energy for human body. This sunlight drives the process of photosynthesis on different frequencies and make food for plants. Water and carbon dioxide is taken and given out in this whole process. This energy is in photon packets that is stored by plants. As we move Higher in the food chain we see plants are Producers, then we have primary, secondary and tertiary consumers. This energy is moved along the food chain and reach the tertiary consumer. It is the same energy that is stored by plant and that is moving along the chain step by step. Let's see how this energy reaches human body. An animal such as grazer like sheep eats a grass, the grass or leaves has that stored energy in the form of glucose. This energy reaches the stomach of the animal and is broken down into simpler energy products and absorbed in the blood stream. By the process of assimilation it again reform some other complex macromolecule and is deposited into the muscle. When the meat of that sheep is consumed by Human body the same process of absorption and assimilation repeats in the stomach. This nutrient absorption process is one in which nutrient in form of energy is being absorbed and deposited into respective sites. These nutrients are used later to make energy for the body via different energy making processes. In all this process, the nuclear fission energy of sun is converted to light energy and then to the Earth, where it is captured and converted by plants to foodstuff, then digested by a person and metabolized to universal energy packets that can later be converted to chemical, mechanical and electrical energy as needed.

Metabolism releases a portion of the chemical energy of our food, water and air into heat and motion.  There is NO conversion of energy into mass, or mass into energy in these processes.  You have traced, correctly, that pathway through the biosome.  However, it is misleading to say we are made of energy.

We ARE made of star-stuff. That is true.

We are indeed conserving energy brother, we are discontinuous feeders, we are suppose to conserve energy or we would die biologically. Don't we convert excess energy into fats? This is an example of energy conversions into mass.
